Psyllium Husk

Psyllium husks are a herbal soluble dietary fibre that also have prebiotic properties. Psyllium comes from the seeds of a plant called Plantago Ovata, which is mostly grown in India. The husks are the outer coating of the seeds and are full of mucilage, which absorbs water and swells up to make a bulky, gelatinous mass. We sell psyllium husks in both capsule and powder form.
