Easy Returns (60-Day Promise)

If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, we're happy to process a refund, provided the item meets a few simple conditions:
  • The products must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • They must be unused, unopened, and in a fully resalable condition.

What to Expect After Your Return

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the full product cost, excluding the original postage fee.
  • Important Note on Condition: If the returned product is not in a fully resalable condition (e.g., if the seal is broken or the packaging is damaged), we reserve the right to refuse the refund for that specific item.

Securing Your Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please remember that we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
  • Always pack the items securely.
  • Keep your proof of postage receipt from the post office.
  • We strongly advise using a tracked or recorded service that ensures the value of your goods.

Non-Returnable Items

For the sake of clarity, please note that sale items specifically advertised as 'short dated', ‘damaged packaging’, or ‘clearance item’ are not eligible for a return or refund.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
